Munchkin cats make good lap cuddle cats, they're easy to train, sociable and have affectionate and relaxed personalities. Their easy-going nature makes the Munchkin cat a great pet for families with children or other pets.
Due to the Munchkin fairly adaptive personality, they can be kept as either indoor or outdoor cats. Many Munchkin owners prefer to keep them indoors however, as they are a very coveted breed and they have been known to get stolen when left to go outside alone.
